Before we can book in your external pipework check, please make sure you’ve laid your external pipework using the guidance in your 'How to lay your pipework guide' and  project survey.

At a minimum this includes:

• Pipework is laid to the location we’ve agreed with you.
• Pipework is laid at least 750mm deep and no more than 1350mm deep.
• You have left inspection holes if you are backfilling your trench.
• Pipework is ducted (and insulated in certain scenarios).
• An internal stop tap is fitted.
• Pipework is sealed with a compression cap.
