If you think your meter is giving an inaccurate reading, we will gladly test it for you. If your meter is inaccurate we will replace it and adjust your bill accordingly. However, we will charge you for the test if the meter is shown to be accurate.

  • If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by Anglian Water or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society.
  • If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when Anglian Water asks you to.
