We're giving you the choice to pay for water in a new way. Instead of paying a flat fee, you can choose to be charged for the water you actually use, plus a standing charge*. And not a drop more.
We call this Pay-as-you-flow and we think it's a lot fairer.
To pay this way, you need a water meter. We're currently fitting water meters in selected neighbourhoods across the region.

You don't have to switch to Pay-as-you-flow it's up to you, but many people who opt for a water meter save money - on average, £100 per year.
