Our name might not be familiar yet, but as the country’s largest water company by geographic area, we’ve been proudly supplying water to Hartlepool since 1997.

We’ve loads of clever tools to help you use less water and save money. Our water usage calculator can help you understand how much you’re using at home and our water saving quiz has lots of ideas to help save water all around your home. And if you pay using a water meter, saving water saves money too.
Simple ways to keep on top of your bill
Our MyAccount service is the simplest way to manage your account and stay on top your bills. You can submit meter readings, then choose to generate an updated bill and we’ll let you know if you need to change your monthly payment to match what you're using. All you need to get started is your postcode and account number. Register here.
