Supplier Onboarding;

There are basic requirements we need from all suppliers, with additional requirements required depending on what is being procured. Please see the below summary  please also refer to our Supply Chain Code of Conduct

 

Basic Requirements;

  • Organisation details (address, VAT number etc)
  • Organisation contact details (main contact emails, phone number etc)
  • Bank details

These are collected and managed using a ‘Master Vendor Form’ which will be issued when required

 

Potential Additional Requirements;

  • Modern slavery risk assessment*
  • Anti-bribery and corruption risk assessment*
  • Sanctions risk assessment* 
  • GDPR risk assessment
  • Risk ledger (cyber security requirement)
  • Operational resilience risk assessment
  • Carbon emissions risk assessment
  • Sustainability risk assessment
  • Insurance questionnaire
  • H&S questionnaire

*These are a minimum requirements for all suppliers for spend over £35,000 and/or if the requirement is deemed medium/risk to Anglian Water.​

 

We note the above may seem extensive but the information is normally only required to be given once, with only annual checks to update any changes. The required is also dependant on the size of the organisation as well as the requirement, therefore can be completed by SMES’s and large organisations alike.

 

N.B.

  • There are exceptions to the above if procured using a corporate credit card. Should this be the case no onboarding is required and no profile will be set up on Scanmarket, although the use of credit cards is at Anglian Waters discretion.
  • It could be a profile has already been created by your organisation but the log in details are no longer known. If this is the case please contact Scanmarket using one of the methods detailed on their help page​.
  • It could be there are multiple requirements an organisation is involved in, for example tendering for one requirement whilst also providing goods for a different requirement. Please fill in the additional requirements if required for only one of the needs, even if another doesn’t require them.
