At Anglian Water we’re dedicated to making life better for our customers every single day.
As an essential service provider, we recognise we have a duty to deliver wider benefits to society and for the millions of customers in our region – and supporting and enabling our customers who may need extra help is a core pillar in upholding that duty and delivering on our purpose.
Our Purpose drives us to deliver outstanding service and support for our customers. Since the launch of our first vulnerability strategy in 2018, the number of customers on our Priority Service Register has grown significantly, with more than 389,000 customers now on the register as of May 2024, or 13.04%.
But we’re not stopping there. Working with our customers and partners we’ve
developed our future vulnerability plans, to ensure our service continues to meet the needs of customers who need extra help across our region.
