DART is a credit facility provided to our large housing developers by Development Services.

Why use DART?

It provides an easier, more effective way to manage the financial administration of your developments.
It enables you to raise and complete jobs on an account and a monthly statement will be issued in arrears for payment.

What can DART be used for?

Standard charge water connections.
Main-laying design fees.
Water infrastructure charges.
Sewerage infrastructure charges.

How can I qualify for a DART account?

You must meet the following criteria, subject to satisfactory credit checks:

Minimum build of 100 properties per year.
Excellent payment performance history.
Capable of settling account within 10 working days of statement date.

How do I apply for a DART account?

To apply to be a DART customer you will need to send us:

A completed application form.

Annual plot forecast. (Please note a minimum of 100 connections per annum are required to qualify.)

An upto date annual credit report (no older than 30 days) from an approved agency - Experian, Dunn & Branstreet or Equifax.
