Upon receipt of the form we will send you a  google drive link

 

Upload your evidence to your unique folder

Water audit e.g. School plan identifying water sources, photos checking for leaks, faulty taps info etc
School communication e.g. Photos of posters, school assembly etc
Out of school communication e.g. Photos of school newsletter, class dojo, school social media post etc

 

Please ensure all evidence uploaded is non Identifiable such as photos, names etc.
